For more than 10 years, I have been exploring personal growth, happiness, and what it means to live a meaningful life. My journey has taken me across different cultures - including 7 years living in China, studying the history of religions, spending time in Buddhist and Orthodox monasteries, and traveling in Nepal.
Over the years, I have worked with individuals, led groups, and spoken at personal development events. I led a 5-day self-development retreat called Upgrade Yourself, spoke at Level Up Training on happiness and personal growth, and was a guest speaker at Dream Year.
